The Hub Dashboard
The hub dashboard is your command center for a single AI Hub. It shows your hub's name and URL, your recent journeys, member count, and links to every area — Journeys, Conversations, Offers, Documents, Users, Builder, Settings, and Canvas.
Customize Your Hub
Hub Settings is where you control how your hub looks and behaves — name and URL, appearance, labels, base prompts, core questions, welcome emails, access, SEO, custom domain, and analytics. This is the map to all of it.
Customize a Journey
Customize a journey's name, description, background, and visibility rules from its Settings page. Journeys inherit their background from the hub by default but can have their own custom look.

Customize a milestone's name, description, background, visibility rules, and versioning from its Settings page. Milestones inherit their background from the journey above them but can have their own custom look.
Create a Conversation Template
Create a conversation template from your hub's Conversations section. A guided wizard walks you through four steps: General (name, icon, color), Documents, Prerequisites, and Prompt. Templates must be fully configured before they can be published.
Edit Steps and Questions
Edit a step's name, prompt, questions, and visibility rules from the step editor. You can also use Enhance My Prompt to refine your prompt with AI assistance, optionally referencing your uploaded documents.
Understanding Milestone Versions
Milestone versions let members complete the same milestone more than once — each time as a separate, named version with its own progress and answers. Useful for programs where members repeat a process for different clients, projects, or time periods.
Disable Milestone Versioning
Turn off milestone versioning from the milestone's Settings → Versions page. Disabling it prevents members from creating new versions but preserves any existing versions they've already started.
Customize the Background for a Milestone
Each milestone can have its own background color and image, or it can inherit the look from its parent journey or hub. Open the milestone's Settings → Customize tab, turn on Customize background, and choose a solid color, gradient, or uploaded image.
How Visibility Rules Work
Visibility rules let you control when a journey, milestone, step, or conversation appears to a member. You can show or hide content based on dates, completed steps, answered questions, user tags, active offers, and time on the platform. The system works identically everywhere it appears.
Use Conversations in Your Hub
Manage your hub's conversation templates, customize the conversations page appearance, and control when conversations appear to members. Conversations have their own settings page for background, content, and visibility rules.
Canvas View: See and Rearrange Your Whole Hub
Canvas View is a visual map of your hub — journeys, milestones, and steps as connected cards you can drag to reorder, add to in place, and focus one branch at a time. Open it with the Canvas View button on your hub's Journeys page.
How Do I Rename My AI Hub or Change Its URL?
Your hub's name and its URL are two separate fields in Hub Settings → General, and changing one never changes the other. Renaming is always safe; changing the URL breaks links to the old address, because the old subdomain doesn't redirect.
Connect a Custom Domain to Your AI Hub
Add your domain under Hub Settings → Advanced → Custom Domain, create the one DNS record OBIE shows you, then select Verify. When the status reads Verified, your hub answers on your own domain instead of its .obie.io subdomain.
Customize Your Hub's Welcome Emails
The welcome email gives a new member a link to set their password. Sending it is a choice you make when you add someone — and under Hub Settings → Welcome Emails you can rewrite the subject and the full HTML body, or leave them blank to use OBIE's default.
Change Who Your Hub's Emails Come From
From Name sets the sender name members see and Reply-To Email sets where their replies go, both under Hub Settings → Welcome Emails. The reply-to address must be verified by opening a link OBIE emails it, in a browser signed in to the OBIE account that owns the hub.
What Base Prompts Do and How to Set Them
Base Prompts is where you tell the AI who your hub is for, what result it produces, and how it should sound. The Step Base Prompt is prepended to every step generation, and the fields below it are background context reused across steps, offer pages, and offer chat.
Core Questions: Give the AI Context That Carries Forward
A core question is a step question you've marked as core, so its answer is given to the AI in every step the member completes afterward. Mark them on the question itself; see all of them under Hub Settings → Core Questions.
Hub SEO Settings: Titles, Previews, and Indexing
Under Hub Settings → Advanced → SEO you set the meta title, meta description, and social share image used in search results and link previews, plus an SEO switch that asks search engines not to index your hub's public pages when off.
Hub Analytics Settings: Connect Your Tracking Platforms
Under Hub Settings → Advanced → Analytics you paste one ID per platform — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity, Pinterest — and OBIE injects that platform's standard script on your hub's public pages. Blank fields are skipped.
How Do I Duplicate an AI Hub?
Duplicating an AI Hub copies the whole hub: journeys, milestones, steps, conversation templates, knowledge documents, base prompts, branding, and settings. Members, free passes, user chats, and progress stay with the original, and the copy arrives unpublished on its own -copy link with no custom domain.
Add Another Journey to an Existing Hub
Open your hub, go to Journeys, and select New Journey. That opens the AI Hub Builder, which builds the journey plus its milestones and steps; the Advanced Mode link on that screen creates an empty journey you fill in yourself. Either way it arrives as a draft until you publish it.
How to Delete an AI Hub
Open the hub's ⋮ menu, select Delete AI Hub, type the hub's name, and select Delete Forever. Deletion is permanent and takes everything with it — your journeys, milestones and steps, and all of your users' responses and generated outcomes. Use Disable instead if you only want the hub offline.
