How to Delete an AI Hub
Open the hub's menu, select Delete AI Hub, review the content and document options, type the hub's exact name, and select Delete Forever. Org Admins and Managers can delete hubs. Use Disable instead if you only want to take yours offline.

Before you delete
Treat deletion as permanent. It removes the hub and its journeys, milestones, steps, conversations, user work, and hub access records. Your users' accounts and your other hubs aren't deleted.
If you're only changing the name or address, rename the hub or change its URL instead. If you want to keep the hub but stop access, choose Disable from its menu.
Delete the hub
- Find the hub on your AI Hubs list and open its menu.
- Select Delete AI Hub.
- Read the deletion summary. Some large counts may say "at least" rather than showing a complete total.
- If documents are listed, check the Also delete these documents option carefully. It's selected by default. Clear it if you want to keep those files in your account's Documents library.
- Type the hub's exact name. You can use Copy name to copy it.
- Select Delete Forever.
You can also open Delete AI Hub from the hub's menu in Canvas View.
What happens to documents?
Documents belong to your account, not just one hub. The dialog only offers to delete the listed documents that are used exclusively by this hub. Documents shared with other hubs aren't included.
Keeping the listed documents preserves the files in your library, but doesn't preserve the deleted hub or its users' work.
If you delete it by mistake
Immediately press Cmd + Z on Mac or Ctrl + Z on Windows while you're still on the same page. Undo is temporary and depends on your current browser session. Don't reload or navigate away.
Hub Undo doesn't restore documents deleted through "Also delete these documents." Don't rely on it as a backup or a recovery plan. Deleted hub content is permanently removed after a short retention period.
If you're unsure, disable the hub first and wait until you're confident nobody needs the work inside it.
