The Hub Dashboard

Building Your Hub

The hub dashboard is your command center for a single AI Hub. It shows your hub's name and URL, your recent journeys, member count, and links to every area — Journeys, Conversations, Offers, Documents, Users, Builder, Settings, and Canvas.

When you open a hub from the AI Hubs list, you land on its dashboard. This is your starting point for everything inside that hub.

What you see

  • Hub name and URL — your hub's name at the top, with the live URL (your subdomain or custom domain) that you can copy.
  • Live status — a badge showing whether your hub is currently active and accessible to members.
  • Recent Journeys — your most recently created or updated journeys, with quick links to open each one.
  • Member count — how many members currently have access to this hub.

Where to go from here

The hub dashboard connects to every area of your hub:

  • Journeys — create and manage the guided paths members work through.
  • Conversations — create and manage conversation templates for open-ended AI chats.
  • Offers — build landing pages with checkout for free or paid access.
  • Documents — upload the files that your hub's AI draws on.
  • Users — view and manage your hub's members, their progress, and their analytics.
  • Builder — reopen the AI Hub Builder to add new journeys, milestones, or steps using AI.
  • Settings — configure base prompts, core questions, branding, custom domain, access, SEO, welcome emails, and analytics.
  • Canvas — a visual overview of your hub's structure showing how journeys, milestones, and steps connect.

Preview and sign in as a member

From the hub dashboard, you can Preview your hub to see it exactly as a member would. You can also sign in as a user to experience the full member flow — useful for testing before going live.
