Add Another Journey to an Existing Hub

Open your hub, go to its Journeys page, and select New Journey. By default that hands you to the AI Hub Builder, which is the fastest route — it builds the journey plus its milestones and steps for you. If you'd rather set everything up by hand, use the Advanced Mode link on the builder screen.

Your hub isn't limited to the journey you started with. Adding a second one is how most hubs grow — a follow-on program, an advanced track, a different outcome for the same audience.

Build it with the builder (recommended)

1. From your hub, open Journeys.

2. Select New Journey.

3. You'll land in the AI Hub Builder chat. Describe the outcome this new journey delivers, and answer OBIE's questions about how you take someone there. You can attach your own material for it to work from.

4. Review the outline OBIE proposes. This is the moment to move things around — it's much easier to fix the shape here than after everything is generated.

5. Approve it, and OBIE builds the journey, its milestones, and the steps inside them.

Everything arrives as a draft. Members see nothing until you open the journey and select Publish, and the publish dialog lists exactly which draft items will go live.

Build it manually with Advanced Mode

On the builder screen there's a quieter link: "Want to configure this journey manually? Advanced Mode." That opens a three-part wizard — General, Customize, Content — and creates the journey as a draft.

Advanced Mode gives you the journey shell only. From there:

1. Open the journey and select New Milestone. Repeat for each phase.

2. Open a milestone and select New Step. Repeat for each deliverable.

3. Write each step's prompt and questions yourself. (See Edit Steps and Questions.)

4. Publish the journey when it's ready.

Use Advanced Mode when you already know the exact structure you want, or when you're adding one small journey to a hub you've already shaped. For anything substantial, the builder is faster — and you can still edit everything it produces.

Which comes out where

New journeys are added to the end of your Journeys list. You can reorder them by dragging them in Canvas View, and each journey has its own settings for name, description, appearance, and visibility rules — see Customize a Journey.

Before you add one, ask if it should be a journey at all

A second journey is right when it delivers an outcome someone would want on its own. If what you're adding is really the next phase of the same arc, add milestones to your existing journey instead. How to Structure a Journey, Its Milestones, and Its Steps walks through the test.

Who can do this

Adding a journey requires an Org Admin or Manager role. Editors can work inside existing journeys and open Canvas View, but won't see the New Journey button.
