Customize Your Hub

Your hub's Hub Settings page is where you control how the hub looks, feels, and behaves. Open your hub, select Hub Settings, and you'll find the settings grouped down the left: General, Customize, Content, Welcome Emails, Base Prompts, and Core Questions, plus an Advanced group holding AI Hub Access, SEO, Custom Domain, and Analytics.

Name, URL, and going live

General holds your hub's name, its .obie.io URL, and the Published toggle that makes the hub reachable. See How Do I Rename My AI Hub or Change Its URL? and How Do I Make My AI Hub Live?.

Customize (appearance)

Control the visual look of your hub:

• Logo — upload your logo (with a cropping tool for clean sizing).
• Colors — set your hub's primary color accent.
• Background — choose a background for your hub: none, solid color, gradient (with direction and opacity controls), or an uploaded image (cover or contain). This is the top-level background — journeys, milestones, and conversations can override it at their level.

Renaming labels

Under Content you can rename the default labels — Journeys, Milestones, Steps, and Conversations — to whatever fits your program. The labels you choose appear throughout the member experience.

Teaching the AI about your business

Base Prompts sets the purpose, audience, tone, and industry rules that shape every AI interaction in your hub. Emails to your members
