What Is OBIE?

Create your account at app.obie.io, then let OBIE interview you about your work and build your first AI Hub for you. You review the draft, publish your journeys, and invite your first members.
What Is an AI Hub?
An AI Hub is your branded member space on OBIE — a site at your own address where members sign in, work through journeys, talk with AI trained on your material, and access your offers. Everything in OBIE lives inside a hub.
Your Creator Dashboard
Your creator dashboard is the home screen of the OBIE app. It shows audience stats, recently updated content, and a live activity feed so you can see what's happening across all your hubs at a glance.

What Is a Journey?
A journey is a guided path inside your AI Hub that takes members from where they start to a specific outcome. Each journey is made up of milestones and steps, and members work through them in order.
What Is a Milestone?
A milestone is a major stage inside a journey that marks real progress. Each milestone contains steps — the individual actions members complete. When all steps in a milestone are done, the milestone is complete.
What Is a Step?
A step is an individual action inside a milestone — something for a member to read, answer, or work through with the AI. Steps are where the actual learning and doing happens in your hub.
What Are Conversations?
Conversations are open-ended AI chats inside your hub, built from templates you define. Unlike steps — which have a finish line — a conversation is always available for members to return to whenever they want to think something through with the AI.
How Do I Make My AI Hub Live?
There's no single publish button. Your AI Hub is live for a member when three things are true: the hub is Active (the default), its journeys are published, and that member has access.
Journeys or Conversations: Which Should You Build?
Build a journey first. Journeys deliver a specific outcome through your IP, step by step; conversations are open-ended chats for ongoing support once a member has outcomes to talk about — which is why we recommend gating them for brand-new members.
What Is an Outcome?
An outcome is a finished thing your member walks away with — their plan, their profile, their script — not a lesson they watched. Steps deliver outcomes, and a journey is a sequence of steps that adds up to one outcome big enough to matter.
How to Structure a Journey, Its Milestones, and Its Steps
A journey is one outcome worth walking away with, a milestone is a phase of related work inside it, and a step is one finished deliverable. Aim for 3–6 milestones per journey and 2–5 steps per milestone, and always size a step by its deliverable rather than by its questions.
