What Is OBIE?
OBIE is a platform that lets coaches, course creators, and consultants turn their expertise into AI-powered hubs — branded spaces where members work through guided programs, talk with an AI trained on your material, and reach the outcomes you promise.
How Do I Get Started with OBIE?
Create your account, complete checkout, and accept the creator terms when prompted. Then use the OBIE Builder to draft your first AI Hub, review the content, publish your journeys, and give your first users access.
What Is an AI Hub?
An AI Hub is your branded member space on OBIE — a site at your own address where members sign in, work through journeys, talk with AI trained on your material, and access your offers. Everything in OBIE lives inside a hub.
Your Creator Dashboard
Your creator dashboard gives you an overview of your users and recently updated content across your account. Recent activity shows five user actions, with View all opening the longer activity history.
Create Your First AI Hub with the OBIE Builder
Open AI Hubs, select Create New AI Hub, and describe the result you help people achieve. Attach reference files if useful, confirm the outline, then choose Build It All Now or Start My First Journey.

What Is a Journey?
A journey is a guided path inside your AI Hub toward one specific outcome. Milestones break that path into stages, and steps help users produce the work that gets them there.
What Is a Milestone?
A milestone is a meaningful stage inside a journey. It contains the steps users work through, and it's complete when all its steps are done.
What Is a Step?
A step is one focused action inside a milestone. It can guide a user with AI, provide fixed guidance, create options or a timeline, or assemble completed work into a downloadable deliverable.
What Are Conversations?
A Conversation is an open-ended AI chat you create for your hub. Each user gets private threads inside it and can return at any time, unlike a journey step with a defined completion point.
How Do I Make My AI Hub Live?
Your hub needs to be Published, the content you want users to see needs to be published, and each user needs access. You can publish draft content together from the hub's Publish action, or publish individual journeys when they're ready.
Journeys or Conversations: Which Should You Build?
Build a journey first when your hub promises a specific outcome. Journeys guide users through your method; Conversations provide open-ended support and follow-up around the work users have done.
What Is an Outcome?
An outcome is a finished thing your member walks away with — their plan, their profile, their script — not a lesson they watched. Steps deliver outcomes, and a journey is a sequence of steps that adds up to one outcome big enough to matter.
How to Structure a Journey, Its Milestones, and Its Steps
A journey is one outcome worth walking away with, a milestone is a phase of related work inside it, and a step is one finished deliverable. Aim for 3–6 milestones per journey and 2–5 steps per milestone, and always size a step by its deliverable rather than by its questions.
