What Is an AI Hub?

Getting Started

An AI Hub is your branded member space on OBIE — a site at your own address where members sign in, work through journeys, talk with AI trained on your material, and access your offers. Everything in OBIE lives inside a hub.

An AI Hub is the core unit of OBIE. It's a branded, self-contained space where your members experience your program. Think of it as your own AI-powered site — complete with its own address, branding, content, and member accounts.

What a hub contains

A hub is the container for everything you build. Inside it, you'll find:

  • Journeys — guided programs that walk members toward outcomes through milestones and steps.
  • Conversations — open-ended AI chats built from templates you define.
  • Documents — files you upload (frameworks, guides, transcripts) that the AI draws on when talking with members.
  • Offers — landing pages with pricing and checkout that control how people get access.
  • Users — your members, each with their own account and progress.

Your hub, your brand

Every hub gets its own address — a subdomain like yourname.obie.io, or your own custom domain. You control the look and feel: logo, colors, theme, and background images. Members see your brand, not OBIE's.

Hub settings

From your hub's Hub Settings page, you can configure:

  • Base Prompts — purpose, tone, and industry settings that shape how the AI communicates with members.
  • Core Questions — questions inside your steps whose answers carry forward, so later AI conversations stay personalized.
  • Customize — theme, logo, colors, and background images.
  • Custom Domain — connect your own domain so members visit your URL, not an obie.io subdomain.
  • Hub Access — control who can access the hub and how.
  • SEO — meta title and description for search engines.
  • Welcome Emails — customize the email new members receive.
  • Analytics — tracking and analytics configuration.

One account, multiple hubs

Your OBIE plan determines how many AI Hubs you can create. Each hub is independent — its own journeys, members, branding, and settings. If you run multiple programs or serve different audiences, you can create separate hubs for each.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect my own domain to a hub?
Yes. Under Settings → Custom Domain, you can connect your own domain so members visit your URL instead of an obie.io subdomain.
How many hubs can I have?
That depends on your plan. Each plan allows a certain number of AI Hubs. If the Create New AI Hub button is disabled, you've reached your limit.
Can members be in more than one hub?
Each hub has its own member list. A person can have accounts in multiple hubs, but their progress and data are separate in each one.
What do members see when they open my hub?
Members see your branding — your logo, colors, and theme — not OBIE's. They sign in at your hub's address and land on the hub home page with their journeys and conversations.
