Your creator dashboard gives you an overview of your users and recently updated content across your account. Recent activity shows five user actions, with View all opening the longer activity history.
Your creator dashboard gives you an overview of your users and recently updated content across your account. Recent activity shows five user actions, with View all opening the longer activity history.
Audience stats
The dashboard shows four counts:
- Total Users: users across your account. Select this card to open Users.
- New Users: users who joined in the last seven days.
- Logged In: users who signed in during the last seven days.
- Completed a Step: users who have completed at least one step, not the number of steps completed. This count isn't limited to the last seven days.
These are account-wide figures, not statistics for a single hub.
Recently updated
This section shows the most recently updated hub, journey, milestone, and step. Select an item to return to that work, or use AI Hubs to open your hub list.
Recent activity
The dashboard's Recent activity preview updates as users sign up, log in, and complete steps. It shows five actions, not a full history.
Select View all to open Recent Activity. That page has pagination and a page-size control so you can browse more actions. Unlike the dashboard preview, the history page isn't a live feed.
For a hub's activity view, open the hub's Analytics page and select Activity log.
Navigation
- Dashboard returns you to this overview.
- AI Hubs opens your hub list.
- Users opens your account's user list.
- Your account menu contains Account Settings, Automations, and, for the organization owner, Partner Center.
- Help & Support opens the help panel.
The account menu is separate from the main Dashboard, AI Hubs, and Users navigation.

Open the hub and select Analytics for its user activity and engagement, or Users to manage its users. See The Hub Dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
- Why do I only see five activities on the dashboard?
- It's a short preview. Select View all to open Recent Activity and browse more actions with pagination.
- Does the full activity history update live?
- No. The dashboard preview updates live, but Recent Activity and the hub-specific Activity log load pages of history. Reload the history page to fetch newer activity.
- Does Completed a Step mean completions in the last seven days?
- No. It counts users who have completed at least one step. New Users and Logged In use the last-seven-days window.
- How do I see activity for just one hub?
- Open that hub's Analytics page and select Activity log to open its activity view.
