How Do I Get Started with OBIE?
Create your account at app.obie.io, then let OBIE interview you about your work and build your first AI Hub for you. You review the draft, publish your journeys, and invite your first members.
OBIE turns what you know into an AI Hub — a branded space where your members work through guided journeys, talk with an AI that knows your material, and actually reach the result you promise. Here's the fastest path from a brand-new account to a live hub.
Step 1: Create your account
- Go to app.obie.io, choose Sign up, and enter your name and email.
- Enter the verification code we send to your email.
- Choose your organization name and a password, then select Continue to Payment to pick a plan and check out.
When you're done, you'll land on your Dashboard.
Step 2: Build your first AI Hub
From the top navigation, open AI Hubs and select Create New AI Hub. OBIE starts a short interview about your work — beginning with the big one:
What does someone actually walk away with after going through your work — what changes for them?
Answer in plain language, as if you were describing your program to a friend — you can attach notes, worksheets, or slides along the way. When OBIE has enough, it plays back an outline of your hub to confirm, then offers two ways to build: Quick Build (OBIE builds the whole hub right now) or Build Together (OBIE works through each journey with you). Step 3: Review, publish, and invite
- Preview as User shows your hub exactly as a member sees it.
- The builder saves your journeys as drafts — publish each journey when it's ready. See How Do I Make My AI Hub Live?
- Add your first members from the hub's Users page. See Add Members and Control Who Can Access Your AI Hub.
That's it — your expertise, delivered as an AI Hub at your own address, like yourname.obie.io.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need technical skills to build a hub?
- No. The builder interview is a plain-language conversation — describe your work the way you'd describe it to a friend, and OBIE builds the hub for you.
- Can I change my organization name later?
- Yes. Update your organization name from your account settings at any time.
- What if I already have content in documents or slide decks?
- Attach them during the builder interview. OBIE reads the files and folds the content into your hub's structure, so you don't have to re-type anything.
