How Do I Get Started with OBIE?
Create your account, complete checkout, and accept the creator terms when prompted. Then use the OBIE Builder to draft your first AI Hub, review the content, publish your journeys, and give your first users access.

Create your account
- Go to app.obie.io and choose Sign up.
- Enter your name and email, then enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Choose your organization name and password.
- Select Continue to Payment and complete checkout for your plan.
Your organization is your workspace in OBIE. You can change its name later.
Accept the terms and get oriented
If OBIE asks you to accept the creator Terms & Conditions, read them, select the agreement checkbox, and choose I Accept before continuing into the app.
You may also see a welcome message with an introduction and next steps. This appears over the app; it isn't part of your AI Hub's content.
During your account's first seven days, you can reopen it from Help & Support → Welcome Message when that option is available.
Build your first AI Hub
Open AI Hubs and select Create New AI Hub. The builder interviews you about your expertise and the outcome you want users to reach.
Answer in plain language. You can attach existing notes, worksheets, or other supported documents to give OBIE more context.
After you confirm the outline, choose how to build:
- Quick Build: OBIE builds the whole hub from what you've shared. Select Build It All Now.
- Build Together: OBIE creates the outline, then works through each journey with you. Select Start My First Journey.

Review, publish, and invite
- Review the generated journeys, milestones, and steps. They're drafts you can refine.
- Use Preview as User to check the user-facing layout and content. It's a creator preview, not proof that every user will pass your access and visibility rules.
- Publish your journeys when they're ready.
- Make sure the hub is active and add your first users or give them access through an offer.

Your hub has its own address, such as yourname.obie.io. Before inviting your audience, check that your intended users have access to the published content.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need technical skills to build a hub?
- No. The builder uses a plain-language interview. Describe your expertise and the result users should achieve, then review what OBIE builds.
- Can I watch the welcome message again?
- During your account's first seven days, open Help & Support and select Welcome Message if the option is available.
- Can I change my organization name later?
- Yes. Open your account menu, select Account Settings, update Organization Name, and select Save Changes.
- Can I use content I've already written?
- Yes. Attach supported documents during the builder interview to give OBIE context for the hub. Review the generated content before publishing it.
