Add Users and Control Who Can Access Your AI Hub
Add users from your hub's **Users** page, import them from CSV, or grant access through an offer or automation. Start supports up to 100 users per hub; Grow, Founder, Scale, and Pro don't have a per-hub user cap.
Resend a Welcome Email to an Existing User
You can resend a welcome email to any user from the Users page — open their menu, choose Welcome Email → Resend Welcome Email, and OBIE queues a fresh copy within seconds.
Change a User's Name or Email Address
Open the user's row on the Users page, select Edit from the menu, and update their first name, last name, or email address directly in the dialog.
Choose Which Journeys a Paid Offer Unlocks
On the offer's Product tab, open General, choose Included journeys, and save. Then review and save pending edits in each affected journey's Journey Settings → Visibility, since its full visibility rules decide who can open it.
Tags Applied on Opt-in or Purchase
Offers apply tags when users opt in, buy, or subscribe, using the current link if the tags field is empty. New offers save their link as a tag, later link changes don't update saved tags, and tags remain after an offer ends; use Active Offer for ongoing access.
When Offer Access Ends: Cancellations, Refunds, and Paid-in-Full Plans
Offer access follows subscription, purchase, payment-plan, and pass status; full refunds can end it, but partial refunds don't. Losing the offer stops matching its Active Offer requirement, while other access can remain; revoking a sole pass can also end hub access.
Give Someone Free Access to a Paid Offer
Issue a free pass from your hub's Users page: select Edit on the user, choose the offer under Offer access, optionally set an expiry, and select Issue pass. The pass counts as having the offer until it expires or you revoke it.
Point Your Login Page to an Offer
In Hub Settings → Login, enable Sign Up Link and choose an Offer Page to add a sign-up link, or choose a live offer in Guest Redirect Offer Page to send signed-out visitors there. Select Save Pending Edits to make either change live.
