Choose Which Journeys a Paid Offer Unlocks
On the offer's Product tab, open General, choose Included journeys, and save. Then review and save pending edits in each affected journey's Journey Settings → Visibility, since its full visibility rules decide who can open it.
To choose which journeys a paid offer unlocks, open the offer's General drawer, turn on the journeys under Included journeys, and select Save. Then review each affected journey in Journey Settings → Visibility and save any pending visibility edits. The journey's full visibility rules decide who can open it.
Turn on included journeys
1. Open your hub, select Offers, then select the offer or Edit.
2. Go to the Product tab and open General.
3. Under Included journeys ("People with this offer can open the journeys you select."), switch on each journey this offer should unlock. Draft journeys are listed too, marked Draft, so you can set access before you publish them.
4. Select Save to record your choices.
5. Open each affected journey's Journey Settings → Visibility. Check its Active Offer requirement and any other rules, then select Save Pending Edits if there are pending visibility changes. Save the Visibility section rather than unrelated pending changes.
If the hub has no journeys yet, you'll see "This AI Hub has no journeys yet." Included journeys only appears on paid offers. Free opt-in offers can't gate journeys this way.
How it works with visibility rules
Including a journey adds this offer to that journey's Active Offer visibility rule. Active Offer means "They currently have access through a selected offer", so it follows the user's current status, not a one-time event. If a subscription ends or a purchase is fully refunded, it no longer qualifies through that offer. See When offer access ends for the details.
If the journey already has an Active Offer rule, the offer joins that rule's list. Having any listed offer satisfies that requirement, but other requirements may still apply. If there's no Active Offer rule yet, OBIE adds one alongside the existing requirements. An OR group can also let someone in through a different matching requirement, so review the whole rule rather than just the offer list.
Turning a journey off removes this offer from its Active Offer rule. If it was the last offer in that rule, the requirement is removed entirely. A journey with no remaining visibility rules is open to everyone who has hub access. Review and save the affected journey's visibility settings before assuming you've restricted access.
An example
Jennifer Walsh sells a "Leadership Lab" subscription from Walsh Consulting Group's hub. She switches on the "Lead Your Team" and "Hard Conversations" journeys, saves the offer, then reviews and saves each journey's pending visibility edits. If the only requirement is an Active Offer for Leadership Lab, active subscribers and users with a valid pass for that offer can open those journeys.

Frequently asked questions
- Why can't I see Included journeys on my offer?
- Included journeys only appears on paid offers. Free opt-in offers can't gate journeys this way, so use the offer's tags in a visibility rule instead.
- Will turning a journey off affect my other visibility rules?
- It removes this offer from the Active Offer requirement, and removes that requirement entirely if no offers remain. With no remaining visibility rules, everyone with hub access can open the journey. Review and save the journey's Visibility settings after the change.
- Can I include a journey that isn't published yet?
- Yes. Draft journeys are listed with a Draft label, so you can set up access before you publish them.

How Visibility Rules Work
Visibility rules hide content until a user meets the conditions you set. Rules can use progress, answers, dates and times, time on the platform, tags, or active offers, and date-based rules can follow the hub time zone or each user's local time.

Offer access follows subscription, purchase, payment-plan, and pass status; full refunds can end it, but partial refunds don't. Losing the offer stops matching its Active Offer requirement, while other access can remain; revoking a sole pass can also end hub access.

Offers apply tags when users opt in, buy, or subscribe, using the current link if the tags field is empty. New offers save their link as a tag, later link changes don't update saved tags, and tags remain after an offer ends; use Active Offer for ongoing access.
