Add Members and Control Who Can Access Your AI Hub
Only people you give access to can sign in to your AI Hub. Add members from the Users page one at a time or by CSV, let an offer grant access automatically, and optionally require tags as an extra gate.
OBIE hubs don't have open signup on the login page. Someone can sign in only if you've given them access first — which keeps your content exactly as private as you want it. You have a few ways to grant access, plus an optional tag gate on top.
Add members yourself
- Open your hub and go to its Users page.
- Select Add User and enter their name and email.
- Check Send the Welcome Email if you want OBIE to email them password setup instructions right away. This checkbox is what actually notifies them — leave it unchecked and the account exists quietly until you're ready.
Import a list
Bringing an existing audience? Select Import Users on the same page to upload a CSV and add everyone at once.
Let an offer do it
An offer bundles pricing and access with a landing page. When someone opts in or buys, access is granted automatically — this is the self-serve path, and the right tool when you're selling your program rather than hand-inviting people. Access can also arrive through your connected services and automations.
The optional tag gate
Under Settings → Advanced → AI Hub Access you can add a second requirement on top of access:
- None — if someone has access, they can sign in. Tags don't affect who gets in.
- Any tags — they also need at least one of the tags you choose. Not every tag, just one.
- All tags — they need every tag you choose. Missing even one keeps them out.
Tags shine when one audience spans multiple hubs or tiers — grant everyone access, then let tags decide who sees what.
Member limits
Each plan includes a member allowance per hub — currently 100 on Start, 500 on Grow, 1,000 on Scale, and unlimited on Pro. If you hit yours, OBIE tells you plainly and points you to an upgrade.
Frequently asked questions
- Does adding a member send them an email automatically?
- Only if you check Send the Welcome Email when adding them. Leave it unchecked to create the account quietly and notify them on your own schedule.
- What happens when I hit my member limit?
- OBIE tells you plainly and points you to an upgrade. Existing members aren't affected — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove someone.
- Can one member access multiple hubs?
- Yes. A member can have access to any number of hubs in your organization. Each hub's Users page and tag gates are independent.

How Do I Make My AI Hub Live?
There's no single publish button. Your AI Hub is live for a member when three things are true: the hub is Active (the default), its journeys are published, and that member has access.
