Open the offer's Product tab, change Access type to Free opt-in or Paid, and select Save. The change only affects new visitors to the offer page. Switching to paid requires Stripe to be connected first.
Switch an offer
1. In your hub, select Offers, then select Edit on the offer.
2. Open the Product tab.
3. Under Access type, select Free opt-in or Paid.
4. Adjust the settings that appear for that type, then select Save.
You'll see Offer saved. when it's done. If you change your mind before saving, Cancel discards your access and pricing changes.
Going from paid to free
When you choose Free opt-in, the pricing options disappear and Collect on signup appears instead. Email and First & last name are always collected, and you can add Phone number and Address. After you save, new visitors get the free sign-up form instead of checkout.
Your paid pricing isn't thrown away. OBIE remembers the prices you had, so if you switch back to Paid later, they're filled in again for you. Changing the offer type doesn't cancel existing subscriptions in Stripe.
Paid-only page sections, like Offer, Guarantee, Deadline, and FAQ, don't show on a free offer page. Any Included journeys settings also only apply to paid offers.
Going from free to paid
When you choose Paid, the pricing options appear. Set your prices as described in Set Your Offer's Pricing, then save. Stripe must be connected under Account → Payments before a paid offer can be saved. If it isn't, you'll see Connect Stripe to sell paid offers and Save stays unavailable.
Once saved, new visitors see your prices and go through checkout. It's worth opening the Content tab afterward, since paid offers can use the Offer, Guarantee, Deadline, and FAQ sections.
What happens to people who already joined
Switching doesn't affect existing users. Only new visitors see the change. People who signed up for free or bought before the switch keep the access they already have. If you need to remove access for someone, do it from their user record. See Manage AI Hub Access.
If you're unsure which type fits, see Free Opt-in, Purchase, or Subscription.
