Manage Your Billing and Subscription
Account & Team
View and manage your OBIE subscription from Account → Billing & Subscription. Only Org Admins can access billing settings.
Your subscription controls your plan level, including how many AI Hubs you can create and other plan limits.
Access your billing settings
- 1. Open Account from the sidebar or top navigation.
- 2. Select Billing & Subscription from the left sidebar.
This page is only visible to Org Admins. If you don't see it in the sidebar, your account doesn't have the Org Admin role.
What you can do here
From the Billing & Subscription page, you can view your current plan, manage your subscription, and update your payment method.

- Only Org Admins. Team members with other roles won't see the Billing & Subscription option in the Account sidebar.

- Open Account → Billing & Subscription to view available plans and upgrade options.

- Open Account → Billing & Subscription. You can update your payment details from there.
