Invite Your Team and Set Their Permissions
Open **Account Settings → Team Members** to invite collaborators and choose their role. Org Admins can also use **Login as Team Member** to check another teammate's experience without sharing passwords.
Change Your Account Name or Organization Name
Open your account menu and select Account Settings to update your personal name, organization name, or required Time Zone. Select Save Changes to apply the update. Email address changes require OBIE support.
Change Your Password
Change your password from Account → Password. You'll need your current password and a new one that meets the security requirements.
Choose Your Theme
Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme for the OBIE app from Account → Theme. Your preference is saved to your account and follows you across devices.
Manage Your Billing and Subscription
Open Account Settings → Billing & Subscription to view your plan, change plans or billing periods, manage billing through Stripe, and view invoices. This page is available to the creator who owns the account, not other team members.

Connect OBIE to Zapier with the Secret and an API Token from Account → Service Integrations → General. Use four OBIE triggers to start Zaps and seven actions to create or update users, change their active status, and manage AI Hub access.
How Do Tokens and Extra Token Blocks Work?
Your OBIE plan includes tokens for AI use during your billing period. Extra usage can be covered by discounted Token Blocks, which carry over when unused, or billed at your plan's standard overage rate.
Privacy, Data Use, and Retention: Interim Guidance
OBIE uses content and user responses as context, not to train AI models for other people; creators retain their uploaded IP. This interim overview explains current storage, access, removal, and export limitations while formal Terms of Service are being written.
