Choose Where Users Land After Sign-up or Purchase
Open the offer, go to the Product tab, and select After sign-up (free offers) or After purchase (paid offers), then choose a destination in Send people to and save. Users land on Hub home by default, or whenever the chosen content is removed, hidden, or not visible to them.
You choose where users go right after they sign up for or buy an offer. Open the offer, go to the Product tab, and select After sign-up for a free offer or After purchase for a paid one. Pick a destination in Send people to and select Save. If you don't change anything, users land on Hub home.
Pick a destination
Open your hub, select Offers, and select the offer. On the Product tab, select After sign-up or After purchase. The name changes with the offer's access type, but the drawer works the same way.
Open Send people to and choose one of these:
- Hub home: the main page of your hub.
- All journeys: the list of journeys in your hub.
- A specific journey, listed under Journeys.
- A specific milestone, listed under Milestones as the journey name followed by the milestone name.
- All conversations: the list of conversations in your hub.
- A specific conversation, listed under Conversations.
Select Save. You'll see Offer saved. and the change applies to the next person who signs up or buys. You don't need to publish the page again.
You can also set this from the General drawer, where the same choice appears as Sign-up redirect URL for free offers or Purchase redirect URL for paid offers.
Send users somewhere they can open
Only live content from your hub is listed. When a user arrives, OBIE checks that the destination still exists and that this user is allowed to see it. If it was removed, hidden, or blocked by a visibility rule, they land on Hub home instead.
That check matters most for paid offers. If you send buyers to a journey, make sure the offer actually unlocks that journey, or buyers will end up on Hub home. See Choose Which Journeys a Paid Offer Unlocks and How Visibility Rules Work.
If the destination disappears later
If the content you picked is removed or hidden after you save, the drawer marks your saved choice as no longer available, with a note that people land on Hub home. Users who meet your hub's access requirements start there instead. Pick a new destination and select Save to fix it.
A quick example
Jennifer Walsh runs a free "Five-Day Clarity Challenge" offer. She sets After sign-up to the first milestone of her challenge journey, so new sign-ups start Day 1 right away instead of hunting for it on the hub home page.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I send users to a page outside my hub after they buy?
- No. The choices are your hub home, all journeys, a journey, a milestone, all conversations, or a conversation in the same hub.
- Why did my buyer land on the hub home page instead of the journey I picked?
- OBIE sends users to Hub home when the destination was removed or hidden, or when that user can't see it. Check that the offer unlocks the journey and that no visibility rule blocks it.
- Do I need to republish the offer page after changing this?
- No. The destination applies as soon as you save.
