New AI Hub Layouts, Voice Input, and Clearer Step Context
Choose from six AI Hub layouts, let users speak their answers, and spot step context that needs attention, with tagged CSV imports and notifications when your builds are ready.
You can now give your AI Hub a new layout, let users speak instead of type, and spot step context that needs attention. This update also adds tags to CSV imports and lets you leave a build knowing OBIE will notify you when it's ready.
Give Your AI Hub a New Look Without Rebuilding It
You don't have to rebuild your content to change how your hub feels. Five new layouts join Default, giving you six ways to present the same Journeys, Steps, and Conversations:
- Path: Steps arranged along a map-like path.
- Sidebar: A menu with compact content rows.
- Gallery: Large images and swipeable rows, especially useful when you've added background images.
- Book: Calm, book-like pages with serif headings.
- Tiles: A dashboard-style grid.
Your content, access rules, and users' saved work stay the same. Existing hubs keep their current layout until you choose a different one.
Getting started: Open Hub Settings → Customize → Layout, then select Change layout. Preview a layout with your real hub content, use Full screen for a closer look, and select Apply layout. Select Save Pending Edits when you're ready for users to see the change.

Let Users Speak Their Answers
For users who'd rather talk through an idea than type it out, you can now turn on Voice input across your AI Hub. OBIE turns their recording into text, which they can review and edit before submitting.
Voice input works with short and long text answers, the Other field on choice questions, Step refinement, and Conversation messages. It doesn't turn OBIE's responses into audio.
Getting started: In Hub Settings → Customize, set Voice input to On, confirm Turn on, and select Save Pending Edits. Steps and Conversations use the AI Hub setting by default, so you don't need to turn it on separately in each one. If you'd like an exception, use the optional On or Off override in that Step's or Conversation's Customize settings.
Voice input starts off by default. Each recording uses your AI Hub's tokens to turn speech into text.

See When a Step Needs Work That Comes Later
If you've rearranged your program, it's easier to spot a Step that uses answers from a later Step. OBIE now shows context warnings on affected creator pages and the Canvas, with clearer names and paths so you can tell which Steps are involved.
- Step context out of order flags a Step that uses work from later in the same Journey.
- Check context availability asks you to review certain links to a later Journey, where users may take Journeys in a different order.
- View linked step opens the affected Step's Context or Deliverable settings with the linked source highlighted.
- Unlink step from context lets you remove a link you no longer need. Deliverable links have a corresponding unlink action.
Warnings don't block you from saving or rearranging your content, and OBIE doesn't move anything back automatically. Review the link, then decide whether to change the order or remove it.
Important: Confirming Unlink makes that removal live for users right away. Other unpublished edits on the Step stay unpublished.

Import Users and Their Tags Together
You can now add an optional tags column to your user-import CSV. That means you can bring in your users and organize them by cohort, access tier, or another grouping in the same import.
For multiple tags, put them in one quoted cell separated by commas, such as "vip,cohort-one". OBIE trims extra spaces, stores tags in lowercase, and removes duplicates.
Existing users keep their current tags and gain the imported ones. Leaving the tags cell blank doesn't remove anything, and your existing three-column CSVs still work.
Getting started: Keep the required email, firstName, and lastName columns, add tags if you need it, and upload the file through Import Users.
Step Away From a Build and Know When It's Ready
You don't have to stay on a build screen until OBIE finishes. You'll get an email when your hub or new content is ready, plus an in-app notification when you're in the creator area, with a link back to what was built.
Hub, Journey, and Milestone cards also show Building while work is underway. For Quick Build, that status stays visible while OBIE finishes refining the Step prompts, so a build doesn't look finished too early.
Bug Fixes and Polish
- New milestone chats now stay focused on creating one Milestone, and stalled first replies in new Journey and Milestone chats can recover.
- Copying content to another AI Hub no longer leaves users blocked by required context from Steps that weren't copied. Journey and Milestone copies keep links between Steps that came along in the copy.
- Edits pending indicators more accurately reflect changes that actually need saving.
- Saving Step questions and continuing to the next Milestone from a completion popup are more reliable.
- You can now ask up to 60 Help & Support questions per hour, up from 20.
- Plus other minor fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
Frequently asked questions
- Will choosing a different layout change my content or users' progress?
- No. A layout changes how your hub's content is presented, not the content, access rules, or users' saved work. Preview the layout, select Apply layout, and select Save Pending Edits when you're ready for users to see it.
- Do I need to enable voice input on every Step and Conversation?
- No. Turn on Voice input in Hub Settings → Customize and select Save Pending Edits. Steps and Conversations use that setting by default. Their On and Off settings are optional overrides, and each recording uses your AI Hub's tokens.
- Does OBIE automatically fix a context warning?
- No. A warning helps you review a Step's links without blocking a save or reorder. You can change the order or unlink a source. Confirming Unlink makes that removal live immediately while keeping other unpublished edits unpublished.
- Will importing tags replace tags an existing user already has?
- No. Imported tags are added to the user's existing tags. A blank tags cell leaves their existing tags unchanged. Multiple tags belong in one quoted cell separated by commas.
