Add a Guarantee, Deadline, or FAQ to a Paid Offer Page
On a paid offer, open the Content tab and select Add section, then choose Guarantee, Deadline, or FAQ. A guarantee has a title and description, a deadline shows one of three urgency messages with your own timing text, and an FAQ holds your questions and answers.
Open your paid offer, go to the Content tab, and select Add section. Choose Guarantee, Deadline, or FAQ, answer the question OBIE asks, and the section is added to your draft. If one of these is already on your page, just select it in the list to edit it.
These three sections are only available on paid offers. They don't show up on free offers.
Guarantee
A guarantee tells buyers what happens if the offer isn't right for them. When you add one, OBIE asks what you promise and drafts the section from your answer. After that, you can edit two fields:
- Title: the headline, like "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee."
- Description: the details of your promise.
OBIE only writes the words on the page. It doesn't process refunds for you, so make sure your guarantee matches how you actually handle refunds in Stripe.
Deadline
A deadline adds an urgency strip to your page. When you add one, pick the kind of deadline, type when it is, and select Add section. There's no AI draft for this one. In the section's settings you'll see:
- What kind of deadline?: A closing date, A limited number of spots, or A price that is about to rise.
- When?: the timing in your own words, like "Friday, March 14" or "Only 20 spots left."
Each type shows its own headline on the page: "Enrollment closes soon," "Limited spots available," or "Price goes up soon." Your When? text appears under it.
The deadline is text only. OBIE doesn't count down, close the offer, cap sales, or change the price when the date passes. If you need to stop selling, unpublish the page. See Preview, Publish, and Unpublish Your Offer Page.
FAQ
An FAQ answers the questions people ask before they buy. When you add one, type your questions and answers, one per line, and OBIE drafts the section. Then you can edit:
- Section heading: starts as "Frequently Asked Questions." Leave it blank to hide the heading.
- Questions: each item has a Question and an Answer. Select Add question for more, and use Move up and Move down to reorder them.
For example, Walsh Consulting Group might add "Can I cancel anytime?" with an answer that explains its cancellation policy.
Background and placement
Each of these sections also has Background color and Light / dark settings for that section only. Drag the section in the list to place it where you want it. See Add, Hide, Reorder, and Remove Offer Page Sections.
Your changes save to the draft and go live when you publish.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the deadline close my offer automatically?
- No. The deadline is display text only. To stop selling, unpublish the offer page or change it yourself when the time comes.
- Why can't I add a guarantee to my free offer?
- Guarantee, Deadline, and FAQ sections are only available on paid offers.
- Can I have more than one FAQ section?
- Yes. You can add more than one section of the same type, and they're numbered in the section list so you can tell them apart.
