Preview, Publish, and Unpublish Your Offer Page

Selling & Payments

Content and style save to a draft and go live when you select Publish; free sign-up field changes also need publication after Save. Product settings such as prices and access email apply on their own Save, while Unpublish takes the page offline without deleting it.

Your offer page's content and style save to a draft while you work, and visitors see them after you select Publish. Changes to free sign-up fields also need publishing after you save them. Unpublish takes the page back to a draft so its link stops working. Product details such as pricing, name, tags, and access email have their own Save actions and aren't held back by page publication.

How drafts and publishing work

Open your hub, select Offers, then select the offer or Edit. Every change you make on the Content and Style tabs saves to the draft automatically, a moment after you stop typing. Nothing you change there reaches visitors until you publish.

1. Make your edits in the editor.

2. Select Preview in the top bar to see the full page the way a visitor would. You can also switch the editor view between Desktop and Mobile to check both layouts while you edit.

3. Select Publish. The first time, you'll see "Your page is live." After that, publishing shows "Your changes are live."

Publishing saves any last change first, so you don't need to wait for the draft to catch up before you select it.

Edits pending

When a page is live and you've changed the draft since your last publish, an Edits pending label appears next to the Live label. Your visitors still see the last published version until you select Publish again.

That applies to page content, style, and sign-up fields, not every setting on the Product tab. For example, saved price changes apply without republishing the page.

If you'd rather throw those changes away, select the × on Edits pending. The dialog lists what's Changed since last publish. Selecting Discard edits returns the draft to the last published version, and that can't be undone. For smaller corrections, Undo and Redo in the top bar step back and forward through your recent edits.

Unpublish a page

On a live page with no pending edits, the main button reads Unpublish. When there are pending edits, Unpublish sits in the menu next to Publish. Unpublishing turns the page back into a draft and its public link stops working until you publish again. Your content stays in the editor.

Find and share the link

The page's address shows under the offer name in the editor. Select the copy icon (Copy link) to copy it, or choose View live from the menu next to the main button to open it in a new tab.

On the Offers list, each offer shows Live or Draft, plus Edits pending when a live page has unpublished changes. Live offers also have a View button.

When the Product tab is locked

If a teammate is working in an offer's Product tab, you'll see their name followed by "is editing this offer." The tab stays locked for you until they finish their edits, then you can open it again.

To see what to put on the page before publishing, start with Build your first offer page.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when I duplicate an offer?
Duplicate in the offer's menu on the Offers list creates a copy named with (Copy) and a new link ending in -copy. The copy's page starts as a draft, so it isn't live until you publish it. Tags and included journeys aren't copied, so set those on the copy.
What happens if I delete an offer?
Delete offer on the Product tab, or Delete in the offer's menu on the Offers list, permanently deletes the offer and its page. Its live link stops working and this can't be undone. If you only want to take the page down for now, unpublish it instead.
Why don't visitors see my latest changes?
The live page shows the last published version. If you see Edits pending next to Live, select Publish to push your changes.
Can I get my published version back after editing?
Yes. Select the x on Edits pending and choose Discard edits. The draft returns to the last published version, and that can't be undone.
