Edit by Chat, Revisit Your Builds, and Fine-Tune Your Hub

FeatureWhat's New

You can now edit existing content by chat, revisit your team's builder conversations, personalize icons and colors, and grant Journey access through free Offers, with dropdown answers and clearer ways to compare generated options.

You can now reshape existing content by chatting with the Builder, revisit your team's builder chats, and give your AI Hub more of your own visual identity. This update also adds dropdown answers, better ways to compare generated options, and Journey access through free Offers.

Change Your Content by Talking It Through

You don't have to rebuild a Journey to improve it. Open Edit in Builder on an existing Journey, Milestone, or Step, describe what you'd like to change, and review OBIE's proposed edits before applying them.

You might ask it to split a long Milestone, add a Step, rename content, or change the order. The Builder uses your hub's current content, whether you created it by hand or with AI.

The review separates Your changes, Related changes, and Needs your fix, so you can see the requested edits, related adjustments, and anything that still needs your attention. Before you apply, the confirmation shows what Goes live now and what's Added as drafts. Nothing else gets published. Deletions require an extra confirmation, including a typed confirmation when users' completed work would be removed.

Getting started: Open a Journey, Milestone, or Step menu and select Edit in Builder. It's also available from the Canvas and the item's settings header. Org Admins and Managers can use it.

Pick Up Where You Left Off With Builder History

Your builder chats now have a home. Builder History lets you find conversations used to build AI Hubs, Journeys, Milestones, Steps, Conversations, and Offers, along with chats used to edit existing content.

Read a transcript, open the content a build created, or select Continue build to return to unfinished work. Completed chats stay read-only, and you can keep editing their content from its own page.

Builder History is shared within your organization, so Org Admins and Managers can also pick up a teammate's unfinished chat. Offer-builder chats are saved too, so refreshing the page doesn't mean losing the conversation. In the Hub Builder, Start Over now keeps the previous chat in history instead of removing it.

Getting started: Open your user menu and select Builder History.

Make Your Hub Look More Like You

You can now use your own images in places that previously used library icons, including Journeys, Milestones, Steps, Conversations, completion dialogs, and the hub's Journeys and Conversations page icons. Upload an image, crop it, and keep the familiar icon frame. Use a PNG if you'd like to preserve a transparent background.

Keeping your colors consistent is easier too. Color pickers now offer swatches from your current hub and colors your organization recently saved. Choose a swatch instead of finding and retyping the same hex code.

When you're building a new hub, Pick manually also lets you set Milestone and Step colors alongside your primary and secondary colors. You can leave them on automatic colors from your logo or image, or choose your own.

Getting started: Open an icon picker and select Upload image. During a new hub build, use Pick manually in the brand-color setup to adjust Milestone and Step colors.

More Improvements

  • Compact dropdown answers: Select Dropdown under a question's Input Type for a shorter way to show long answer lists. Existing Choice questions stay as they are.
  • Easier option comparisons: Users can scan generated options by title and expand one at a time. In Enhance, Improve refines their current text and New options creates alternatives. Nothing replaces their work until they select Accept this option.
  • Journey access through free Offers: Choose Included journeys in a free Offer's General settings, then Save. Access changes take effect immediately. Users can claim multiple free Offers without losing existing access, but older claims don't automatically gain Journey access.
  • Clearer progress and prerequisites: Question X of Y follows each user's question path. Locked Steps show the unfinished prerequisites and link to the work they need to complete.
  • Simpler Milestone versions: New Milestones start with versions off. You can enable them in Versions settings. Turning versions off later still lets users switch between existing versions, but not create or duplicate more.
  • Answers that move with Steps: Moving a Step to another Milestone now brings users' answers along. If a user has multiple versions in either Milestone, OBIE asks where the answer belongs when they next open the hub. You'll see a warning before these moves. Older moves aren't automatically repaired.

Fixes and Polish

  • Publishing an Offer page now includes its Style changes and clears pending edits. If a teammate's editing the page, the editor warns you before publishing their saved changes too.
  • Welcome emails use your hub's name when you haven't set a custom sender name.
  • We've improved user layouts and custom-domain behavior.
  • Plus other minor fixes and quality-of-life improvements.

Frequently asked questions

Does Edit in Builder publish all my pending changes?
No. Before you apply, the confirmation separates changes that go live now from content added as drafts. It doesn't publish unrelated changes. Review the list carefully, since edits to existing content can take effect immediately.
Can my team continue a builder chat I started?
Org Admins and Managers in the same organization can open and continue unfinished chats from Builder History. Completed chats are read-only. A teammate's empty chat doesn't appear until someone writes in it.
Do older free-Offer signups automatically gain access to included Journeys?
No. The update doesn't automatically grant Journey access from free-Offer claims made before this change. Check and manage access separately for those users.
What happens to existing work if I turn Milestone versions off?
Users who already have multiple versions can still switch between them. They can't create or duplicate additional versions while versions are off.
