A Smarter Offer Builder, Better Step Refinement, and More Ways to Shape Your Hub

FeatureWhat's New

Over the past two weeks, OBIE got smarter about building offers, refining step responses, applying your brand, and giving you more control over how your hub looks and flows.

A Smarter Offer Builder

The Offer Builder now helps you create an offer that stays aligned with the hub around it.

If your hub is missing its Right-Fit Client or Specific Outcome(s), the builder can identify them during your offer conversation and ask whether you'd like to save them to the hub. You won't have to stop building your offer or enter the same information again in Hub Settings.

You can also choose where someone goes immediately after joining an offer. Open the offer's Product settings and select After sign-up for a free offer or After purchase for a paid offer. Under Send people to, you can choose:

  • Hub home
  • All journeys
  • A specific journey
  • A specific milestone
  • All conversations
  • A specific conversation

Now the experience can continue in the right place instead of making someone hunt for what they just joined or purchased.

Better Step Refinement

Refining a step response now builds from the version you've actually edited.

Before, Refine could ignore changes you made directly to the response and start again from an earlier AI-generated version. OBIE now includes your manual edits, so you can polish the work without losing what you've already changed.

Tables are better, too. Markdown tables now display as real, editable tables instead of run-on text. Users can edit cells, add or remove rows and columns, and preserve the table when downloading a Deliverable as PDF or Markdown.

Branding Improvements

Your hub's brand now carries more consistently through the user experience.

  • Journeys and Conversations use the hub's generated secondary brand color.
  • Logo, background, favicon, email, Deliverable, and offer images upload and display more reliably.
  • Powered by OBIE now appears as a small corner tab that stays visible while users scroll.
  • The Powered by OBIE tab now links to the correct page.

The secondary color is generated from your primary color and can be set through the AI Hub Builder. It isn't a separate field in Hub Settings.

Builder Improvements

The AI Hub Builder is easier to follow, more resilient when something goes wrong, and better connected to your documents.

  • Build It is easier to spot when your outline is ready.
  • If Build It fails, you now get a clear Try Again option.
  • Empty AI replies no longer leave the conversation stuck.
  • Switching to Advanced Mode removes leftover work-in-progress cards.
  • Files uploaded while building are added to your Document Library once the hub exists.
  • Existing hubs can add library documents from the builder's + menu.
  • Enhance My Prompt now includes both Upload and Add from library.

Your Document Library is also shared across every hub in your account. Upload a file once and you can reuse it from any hub without creating extra copies.

Layout Improvements

You now have more control over both the structure of your hub and the way explainer content appears.

In Hub Settings → Customize, choose Default or Sidebar. Change layout opens a gallery using your real hub content, so you can preview each option before applying it. The Sidebar layout currently applies to the main hub page, while other pages continue using Default.

Journey and milestone explainers now include Explainer layout:

  • Side by side places text and media next to each other.
  • Stacked displays media at full width.
  • With Stacked selected, Explainer media position lets you choose Above text or Below text.

Your preview shows the same arrangement users will see after you publish.

Bug Fixes and Polish

  • Large response editing
  • Banned subdomain autosave
  • Prerequisite checkbox saves
  • Offer drawer scrolling
  • Creator email login
  • Deactivated user access
  • Conversation file access
  • Collaboration handoffs
  • Explainer text alignment
  • Hub image loading
  • Save button clarity
  • Builder error messages
  • Secondary color collaboration

Frequently asked questions

Can an offer send someone directly to specific content?
Yes. In the offer's Product settings, use After sign-up for a free offer or After purchase for a paid offer. You can send people to hub home, all journeys, a specific journey or milestone, all conversations, or a specific conversation.
Does Refine keep changes I made to a step response?
Yes. Refine now starts from the response as you've edited it instead of an earlier AI-generated version.
Is the Sidebar layout used on every hub page?
Not yet. Sidebar currently applies to the main hub page. Other pages continue using the Default layout.
Can I use the same document in more than one hub?
Yes. Your Document Library is now shared across every hub in your account, so you can upload a file once and reuse it without creating extra copies.
