Deliverable Steps: Turn the Work Into a Downloadable PDF or Markdown File

There's a new step type built for the moment your user walks away with something. A Deliverable step combines the outputs of the earlier steps you point it at into one document, and gives them a Download button with Download PDF and Download Markdown.

• Choose which earlier steps feed the deliverable. It asks no questions of its own and rewrites nothing — the work your user already produced is assembled as-is, in order.
• The PDF is built on our end and styled with your hub's branding, so it looks the same everywhere instead of depending on their browser's print dialog.
• Download Markdown gives them the same document as a plain `.md` file they can drop into any other tool.
• Add it from the step list. It isn't part of the AI builder's plan yet, so place it yourself where you want the payoff to land.

Your Brand Colors, Done For You

When you create an AI Hub, OBIE now asks for the basics — light or dark, your primary color, and an optional secondary — instead of four section accents you haven't thought about yet.

• OBIE builds the journey, milestone, step, conversation, and background colors from there, and checks every combination for readable contrast before offering it.
• Light brand colors no longer produce unreadable button text.
• In Hub Settings you can set a secondary brand color, and use Regenerate from primary to rebuild the palette without wiping section colors you customized by hand.

Sign In With an Email Link — No Password

Your users can now sign in with a one-time login link sent to their email. This is built for hubs on your own custom domain, where a Google sign-in button would show OBIE branding instead of yours.

• Choose the default sign-in method for each hub — password or email link.
• Login options moved to their own tab in Hub Settings, out from under Content.

Time-Based Rules Follow Your Timezone

• Set a timezone for your organization, and override it on a single hub if that hub runs on a different clock.
• Date and time visibility rules now use that timezone instead of each user's local time, so a step that opens Monday at 9am opens when you mean it.
• New accounts pick a timezone at signup.

The Builder Remembers Unfinished Conversations

• New Journey, + Milestone, + Step, and Create New AI Hub always start a fresh conversation now.
• If you walk away mid-conversation, a Work In Progress card appears at the bottom of the list with Continue conversation and Discard — every unfinished conversation, not just the most recent one.
• At the outline confirm step there's now a Build It button on the message, so you don't have to type a confirmation. Typing changes or "looks good" still works.

Bug Fixes and Polish

• Duplicate AI Hub now copies your journeys, milestones, steps, conversations, documents, and prompts, not just an empty hub. The copy starts unpublished on its own link, and user data stays with the original.
• General improvements to the AI Hub Builder: better step planning, cleaner naming, and fewer steps you have to fix by hand after a build.
• Enhance now keeps the edits you typed by hand instead of writing over them.
• Conversations: cleaner chat layout, the copy button sits where you'd expect, Back goes where it should, and starting a new thread works again.
• Plus many other minor fixes and quality of life improvements.
