Conversations Are Now a Real Chat

Your conversations have been rebuilt to work the way people already expect a chat to work.

• A thread sidebar replaces the old history pop-up. Threads are grouped by how recently you used them, and there is a search box so you can find an old thread by name.
• Rename or delete a thread from the thread's own menu.
• A plus menu in the message box holds file upload and the progress the conversation should draw on, so the composer stays clean.
• Copy any message with one control, and that same copy control now appears in the other chats across OBIE.
• Enter sends your message and Shift + Enter starts a new line.
• When your hub has more than one conversation, a switcher lets you jump between them without going back to the listing page.
• If a user can only reach one conversation, they now go straight into it instead of landing on a page with a single card.

For creators: you still create each conversation your hub offers, and when there is more than one, your users choose which one to open. What changed is underneath: what used to be called a template is now simply the conversation itself. Users no longer get a private copy of it, they keep their own threads inside the conversation you built. Existing conversations and every thread inside them carry over. The conversations listing page and its explainer content only appear for users who can reach two or more conversations.

Release Content at the Right Time, in Your User's Timezone

Visibility rules used to unlock on a date. Now they unlock at a time.

• Add an optional time of day to on/after and until date rules and to day-based Time on Platform rules. Leave it blank and it defaults to 9:00 AM.
• Times use each user's own timezone, so 10:00 AM means 10:00 AM where they are, not on a server clock somewhere else.
• OBIE keeps up when a user travels or changes timezone, so they never see a flash of the wrong content.
• Hours-based Time on Platform still works as a rolling countdown from when they joined.

A Steadier AI Hub Builder

• Build Together now survives a refresh. Reloading in the middle of a build picks up where you left off instead of starting a new hub.
• Honest progress. The builder names the milestone it is designing right now and updates the step count as each milestone finishes, with elapsed time, so a long build never looks frozen.
• No more duplicate-name failures. Journeys, milestones, and steps that would collide are renamed automatically, and copies are now named "(Copy)" instead of colliding.
• Better questions. Choice questions can now nest follow-ups under an "Other" answer, and the builder stops inventing survey-style escape hatches.
• Milestone welcome content now lives on the milestone page as a title and explainer, where users already see it, instead of being forced into a first step with nothing to answer.
• Keep building works again after you finish a journey, milestone, or step, and it stays hidden when there is nothing left to build.
• The Attached Files panel asks before removing a file, explains what those files are used for, and has a clear close control.
• OBIE now speaks as itself during interviews instead of narrating in the third person, and names hubs for where you said you are headed, not just the first outcome you described.

Build Offer Pages With Your Team

Real-time team editing now covers the offer page editor, the same way it already covers hub settings, journeys, and steps.

• Two people can work on the same offer page at once. You can see which section a teammate has open, and take a clean handoff when they step away from it.
• Your changes save to a draft automatically as you work, so nothing is lost if you close the tab mid-edit.
• An Edits Pending indicator shows when the live page is behind your draft. Your buyers keep seeing the published version until you publish.
• Undo and redo work across the whole editor, including section reordering.

Branded Emails and Your Login Page

• Your hub logo now appears at the top of welcome, access, and password reset emails, and those emails use your hub name, color, and button styling throughout.
• Add a custom support link and sign-up link to your hub's login page.
• Creators on a complimentary subscription now see a clear notice on Billing & Subscription naming the plan (and end date, when there is one) instead of being told they have no subscription.

Bug Fixes and Polish

• Content (Intermission) screens can be previewed again, and multiple-choice options display correctly.
• Step answers save more smoothly as you type, and long answers stay searchable by the AI.
• If your connection drops while editing, you now get a clear warning instead of a silent failed save.
• Hub dashboards load noticeably faster.
• Plus many other minor fixes and quality of life improvements.
