Help and Live Support Inside OBIE, Team Editing Everywhere, and a Sharper Builder
Help is now built into OBIE — search articles, ask a question, or start a live chat with a real person without leaving your hub. Real-time team editing expands to hub settings, journey settings, steps, and conversation templates, with shared drafts you save when you're ready. Offers now use your custom domain and show your image at checkout, and the AI hub builder handles file uploads, safer Start Over, and better structure planning.
Help and Live Support, Without Leaving Your Hub
Select the ? icon in the header (now sitting right of your user menu) to open Help & Support beside your work instead of on top of it. The panel suggests articles for the page you're on, so if you're stuck in a step editor you get step articles first.
- Search the Help Center and read full articles in the panel, including FAQs and related articles.
- Ask OBIE answers your question in plain language using the Help Center, with links to the articles it drew from.
- Talk to a person — escalate the same conversation to live chat with the OBIE support team, with a notification sound so you don't miss a reply.
- Support offline? A ticket form appears right in the chat. Add a subject line, send it, and we reply by email.
- A small indicator flags new What's New updates you haven't read yet.
Build Together in Real Time — Now Almost Everywhere
Real-time editing started with milestones. It now covers hub settings, journey settings, steps, questions, and conversation templates.
- See who's editing which field, and take a clean handoff when a teammate steps away from it.
- Work in a shared draft and choose Save Pending Edits or Discard when you're ready. Your users keep seeing the last saved version until you save.
- Editing more than one tab? Saving asks whether to Save ALL Pending Changes or only the current tab.
- Step settings are now split into focused tabs — General, Visibility, Content, Questions, Prompt, Customize, and Context — instead of one long page. Drag-and-drop question reordering works with the same safe handoff.
- Team members now see the same hub content creators do.
Offers Look and Work More Like Yours
- Your offer image now shows up as the product at Stripe checkout.
- The offer product screen has a cleaner layout, plus configurable purchase emails.
- Offer links and offer emails now use your custom domain when you have one connected, instead of your OBIE subdomain.
A Sharper AI Hub Builder
- Attach files in the builder — including while creating a journey, milestone, or step — and watch honest progress as they're read, with the prompt box still usable.
- Start Over now clears only the chat you're in, so your hub structure stays intact, and a transcript browser lets you look back at earlier interview and journey conversations.
- Better structure and question planning: fewer duplicate journeys, cleaner naming before you approve, and validated branch and option plans.
- The builder now uses AI Hub and OBIE's real terminology instead of invented product names.
- Clearer progress while adding to an existing hub, and a confirmation step you can pause and read.
Bug Fixes and Polish
- You can now show or hide what you type in the login password field, and password reset emails state how long the link really lasts.
- Account settings always show your own details, and hubs left open overnight pick up where you left off instead of bouncing you to the login screen.
- Your hub's custom favicon shows up on your live hub.
- Publishing changes now carries through everything below it, so a journey, its milestones, and its steps go live together.
- Chat no longer yanks you to the bottom while you're reading — use the jump-to-latest control when you want it.
- Your Document Library now looks and sorts like your Users list, and searching your team finds people again.
- Plus many other minor fixes and quality of life improvements.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I find help inside OBIE?
- Select the ? icon in the header, to the right of your user menu. You can also open it from your user menu or the Contact Support link in the footer. The panel opens beside your work, so you don't lose your place.
- What happens if support isn't online when I start a chat?
- A ticket form appears right in the chat. Add a subject line and your message, send it, and the OBIE team replies by email.
- Why do my settings changes say pending instead of saving right away?
- Settings now work as a shared draft so you and your teammates can edit together. Your users keep seeing the last saved version until someone selects Save Pending Edits. If other tabs also have changes, you'll be asked whether to save everything or only the current tab.
- Do I need to do anything for offer links to use my custom domain?
- No. If you already have a verified custom domain connected in your hub settings, offer links and offer emails use it automatically.
